A class for all levels from beginner to experienced practitioner. Learn the basic yoga postures to relax and harmonize your entire-being.
Basic Flow
A class for all levels. Learn gentle vinyasa sequence, followed by simple yoga poses to cool down your nerves, improve flexibility, strength, while quieting the mind. Regular practice will get you into shape.

Power Balance
A series of powerful standing poses sequence moving gently with awareness. The stillness in motion will improve your self-confidence, self-esteem, strength, power and balance. The class ends up with gentle body stretch, seamlessly linked within specially created sequence that generates relaxation, inner calm and mental focus.
Slimming Fit Program
A series of abs. exercise to flatten your belly followed by a more powerful standing poses sequence. The slow powerful vinyasa is more demanding in terms of flexibility and stamina than other programs. This sequence is designed to strengthen, align tight muscles, burn out your calories, reduce excess fat, slim down your waist, hips, and thighs. Regular practice will boost your self-esteem. Develop emotional balance.
Yin yoga
The relaxed practices of floor postures are held comfortably for a longer period. Each posture emphasizes the connective tissues of the hips, thighs, pelvis, lower spine, joints, and the six organ meridians those pass through the area of the hips. In this way it prepares the body and the mind for longer meditation practices.
Power X
A set of powerful abs workouts focuses on the deeper layers of muscles to create a strong healthy flat abdominal muscles.
